On the afternoon of the 19th, all employees of Beijing Nano-Ace came to Baiquan Mountain and held a special barbecue dinner and bonfire party. The next morning, along with the "wild national treasure" activities, Nano-Ace science and technology 2016 expansion training activities officially began! Four teams composed of Nano-Ace employees unite and cooperate in the activities, make concerted efforts, give full play to their respective advantages, and strive for team victory. In the afternoon, team PK activities such as "Water Raft", "Noah's Ark" and "Supersonic" were held to train team cooperation and efficiently complete tasks. Director Peng Cong presented prizes to the winning team, and took this opportunity to award certificates to colleagues in the medical device production license application team and colleagues in the biochip reader research and development registration team.
Although this training activity is difficult and intense, none of my colleagues flinched in the middle. Everyone said that they have gained a lot, which not only enhanced the friendship of colleagues before, but also made everyone learn how to play their own value in a team and how to make the team operate more effectively.
