The meeting was delivered by He Jiahui, Dean of Tieling Central Hospital, Professor Yang Ximing, Secretary-General of the Chinese Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and Professor Liu Yong, Vice Chairman of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of Liaoning Medical Association.
