Mycotoxins are the anti-nutritional factors produced by toxin-producing fungi, which affect the nutritional value of feed raw materials and compound feeds, that is, the secondary metabolites of toxic fungi; Mycotoxins widely pollute crops, food and feed and other plant-derived products, which not only lead to mildew deterioration of agricultural products, loss of nutrients and quality reduction, it also causes mycotoxin poisoning by inhibiting the synthesis of DNA, RNA, proteins and various enzymes in the body and by damaging the cell structure.
